They carry the best brands (Briggs, Brics, Tumi) and have a huge selection of colors and styles. Ronnie is incredibly knowledgable and unlike some other shops I've been to, they're not pushy at all.

Kensington Luggage in Santa Monica is my go-to store for luggage. Al, the owner, is knowledgeable, honest, and always provides outstanding service. The quality and selection are excellent, and he makes the entire experience enjoyable and seamless. Highly recommended!

I bought a Briggs and Riley carry on bag last week, and after taking it on a trip, I realized the expansion feature was defective on one side, but also, I preferred the slightly larger two wheel model, as opposed to the four wheel model, that they had convinced me was better. Despite the fact that the bag I brought in had been used, and they likely would not have been able to resell it, they quickly exchanged it for the other model. There was a difference in price to my advantage, which I insisted they should keep, but Albert who waited on me, insisted they bestow a gift of comparable value! Ike, who is the owner and originally helped me, authorized this generous exchange. This is what personal service, and a neighborhood store is all about, and convinces me to always opt for this over online retail. They have made me a lifelong loyal customer, and I wish them great success!

We bought two Briggs and Riley bags from this location. One bag is a carry on spinner and the second bag is a carry on half size spinner that sits on the first bag. The smaller bag has wheels too and they are very cumbersome when stacking the bags on each other. The wheels need to be removed so the bag can sit flat and not become top heavy. The sales person was not very helpful over the phone about this issue, actually quite rude. These bags are supposed to come with top class service after purchase and that is certainly not how I was treated. I was basically told that they were too busy to talk to me and that if I remove the wheels the bag will be out of warranty. Not Ok ! A little more help and advice would have been appreciated. Service sucks! Will not be purchasing bags from this store again.
